1. Booking and Payments

1.1 All lessons must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

1.2 Payments must be made in full at the time of booking to secure your lesson.

1.3 Lesson fees are non-refundable but may be credited under the conditions outlined in the Rescheduling, Cancellations, and Refunds Policy.

2. Rescheduling, Cancellations, and Refunds

2.1 Students must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.

2.2 Cancellations made within the required notice period will receive a lesson credit for future use.

2.3 Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled lesson will result in the full lesson fee being forfeited.

2.4 Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

2.5 The instructor reserves the right to make exceptions at their discretion.

3. Punctuality and Attendance

3.1 Students are expected to arrive on time for their lessons.

3.2 If a student arrives late, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time, and no extra time will be added.

3.3 If the instructor is running late, additional time may be provided at their discretion.

4. Lesson Conduct and Guests

4.1 Students are expected to be prepared and engaged during lessons.

4.2 Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of lessons without refund.

4.3 Guests (family, friends, children, or others) are not permitted in the lesson room unless prior consent has been given by the instructor.

4.4 If a guest has not received prior approval, they must wait in the designated seating area outside to avoid disrupting the lesson.

5. Online Lessons

5.1 Students must ensure they have a stable internet connection and a suitable device for online lessons.

5.2 The instructor is not responsible for technical issues on the student’s side.

5.3 Missed lessons due to technical difficulties on the student’s end will follow the cancellation policy outlined above.

6. Health and Safety

6.1 If a student is feeling unwell, they should reschedule their lesson in advance.

6.2 If the instructor is unwell, students will be notified as soon as possible, and the lesson will be rescheduled or credited.

7. Privacy

7.1 Personal information provided during booking will be kept confidential and used solely for lesson-related communication.

8. Policy Changes

8.1 These terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of the instructor. Students will be notified of any updates.

By booking a lesson, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Booking Policies

We understand that schedules can change, so we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your lesson. This allows us to offer the slot to another student.

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a credit that can be applied to a future lesson.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled lesson will result in the full payment being forfeited, as the slot cannot be refilled on short notice.
• Refunds are not offered, but lesson credits can be used for any future booking.
